Also, it is my theory that often little children do better on an older computer that is off-line, where they can't accidentally visit other web sites.  Parents may be reluctant to share their powerful new laptops with toddlers; and reusing an older computer by converting it to a children's learning toy is a great way to recycle your electronics.  Mother Goose downloadable games are stand-alone applications that run on most older operating systems (circa Windows 95), both Windows and Macintosh.  They are written in Adobe's classic game and animation authoring tool: Flash.  Please note that these games are meant to be enjoyed on your personal computer and are NOT for resale.
